…..about the future. I sometimes let negative thoughts invade my headspace. Sometimes I blow things out of proportion and expect the worst. See…I’ve got my issues too. And they’re issues that cause undo angst in my life.
Worrying too much about the future has robbed me of many hours of sleep and tied my stomach in knots. Negative thoughts have made me question myself and abilities, all the while chipping away at self-worth. And I frequently practice the “Chicken Little” behavior which makes me NUTS! Why do I do this to myself? What can I do about it?
If we have the ability to build this crap, we have the ability to knock it all down….to change our thoughts and behaviors.
